Postino Westlake celebrates its grand opening on Sunday, September 13, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The new location brings Postino's all-day restaurant and wine bar to the Westlake neighborhood, marking the brand's third Austin location and 12th in Texas.
The celebration is a partnership with Girls on the Run Austin. $1 from every bruschetta board sold that day goes to the nonprofit. The first 100 guests get a Postino trucker hat and cookies from Kellie's Baking Co., and a balloon arch marks the occasion.
The 4,000-square-foot restaurant features a mural of more than 1,500 piggy banks, a nod to the building's history as a bank, plus a 2,500-square-foot patio with an indoor-outdoor bar and retractable garage doors.
