At Bright Horizons Family Centers, we recognize young children learn best through active interaction, physically & socially. Because the first three years are critical for brain and language development, our program for learning is focused on experientially-rich, developmentally-appropriate environments that respond to the creativity of children and teachers. Learning centers, imbedded into our curriculum, result in experiences that encompass all the skills necessary for optimum development and success in school. Proud to be NAEYC accredited, we serve ages 6 weeks to 5 years. (see less text)... (see more text)

The Risas y Sonrisas Classroom Program is more than a set of teaching aids. It is rooted in a method that is designed to stimulate different learning styles (visual, auditory and kinesthetic) to capture the attention of all students. By using a multi-sensory approach, both sides of the brain are engaged in the learning process. Students can learn much faster and with a higher level of retention. We have recently created a Network of Spanish Instructors who use the Risas y Sonrisas curriculum. The purpose of the network is to provide a link between qualified instructors and those seeking Spanish classes for children. (see less text)... (see more text)
Austin Montessori School was founded in 1967 by Donna Bryant Goertz.
She received her Montessori training in Bergamo, Italy. She is director of
the school and currently involved in continuing parent and staff education.
Austin Montessori School enjoys an outstanding reputation both here and
abroad. The excellence found in our classrooms is the result of the strong
support and trust of our parents and the dedication, training, and commitment
of our teachers. Turnover among our teachers is exceptionally low,
and their number of years of experience in Montessori is unusually high,
14 years on average! (see less text)... (see more text)

The second half of that time period form 3 to 6 years is especially crucial. At TOM we believe that your child's success is our success. (see less text)... (see more text)

Since 1984, Oxford Learning has been using cognitive learning techniques to help children develop more effective ways of thinking, concentrating, listening and remembering. Our cognitive approach to learning is based on proven scientific research into how children actually learn. Learning is not about memorizing facts. Itās about knowing -- really understanding -- how to integrate and retain new information. At Oxford Learning we teach children how to mentally organize new information so that it makes sense. Oxford Learning is the only supplemental educator focused on teaching children to develop these organizing skills. With this foundation, your child becomes an independent learner, better equipped to take in and retain new information. Oxford Learning goes beyond tutoring, to help ignite your child's interest in learning, not just for one school year, but for a lifetime. (see less text)... (see more text)
