Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo

The Star of Texas is host of the 8th largest Junior Livestock Show in the nation and the 6th largest indoor regular season ProRodeo in the world known as Rodeo Austin. The Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo is held in March at the Travis County Exposition Center, with 16 days of ProRodeos, bull riding and concerts. The show brings more than 5,000 head of livestock to the grounds, with youth as well as open shows taking place each day. The Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo is proud to offer something for everyone with events such as live music on the outdoor stage, chuck wagons, carnival, petting zoo, livestock show, ProRodeo, buffalo soldiers, BBQ cookoff and much more!
