Taylor Jaycees National Rattlesnake Sacking Championship

The Taylor Jaycees Annual National Rattlesnake Sacking Championship is held at the end of March located in in Taylor, TX. Admission is $6 for adults (12 and up), $3 for children 6-12 (with paid adult), and 5 and under are free. In addition to the show, there is food, arts and crafts, a petting zoo for the kids, and a carnival. In between sacking rounds we will have live safety demonstrations in addition to daredevil stunts by the Heart of Texas Snakehandlers. The whole family is invited to come out and have a good time, enjoy the show and maybe learn a few things that you didn't know about rattlesnakes.
