SAFARI - Austin Nature Center

SAFARI explores the wildlife, habitats, history, geology and environment of Central Texas. A rite of spring for Austin families, SAFARI takes place toward the end of April in Zilker Park. A cave maze, fossil digs, birds of prey demonstrations, wildlife exhibits, water science experiments and carnival rides are among the wild things happening at SAFARI. This celebration of our environment offers hands on activities and learning fun on what makes our regions nature and science unique. Further, SAFARI is an opportunity to explore the Austin Nature and Science Center. Admission is free. Location: Austin, TX. For more information visit the Austin Nature Center website.
